2. Purpose of Data Collection

We use the collected information to:

• All case-related and legal data is treated as strictly confidential
• We use industry-standard security measures, including access control, and secure servers
• Access to data is limited to authorized users only

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal or legal data. Data may be shared only:

• With user-authorized parties (e.g., assigned advocates, institutions)
• To comply with legal or regulatory requirements
• With service providers under strict confidentiality obligations
• We may also share necessary personal information with third-party service providers, including payment processors, strictly for the purpose of providing and supporting our services.

5. Payment and Transaction Data

• We may use trusted third-party payment gateways to process payments for our services. When you initiate a payment, certain personal and transaction-related information such as name, email address, contact number, and transaction details may be shared with the payment processor solely for the purpose of completing the payment securely.
• NyayaTech does not store or process sensitive payment information such as credit/debit card details, UPI credentials, or banking information on its servers. All payment transactions are handled directly by third-party payment gateways in accordance with their respective privacy and security policies and applicable regulatory standards.
• Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies of the respective payment gateway providers to understand how their information is managed by them.

6. Google User Data

If you choose to connect your Google Account to NyayaTech, we request access to the following Google user data:

• Email address and basic profile (name) – to identify which Google Account is connected.
• Google Calendar events (scope: calendar.events) – to create, update and delete calendar events for consultations, calls and hearings that you schedule in NyayaTech.

How we use Google user data

• We only create, update and delete events that NyayaTech itself creates. We do not read, analyse or modify any other events in your calendar.
• Google user data is used only to provide and improve the calendar scheduling features visible to you in NyayaTech.
• We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Storage and protection

• OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored securely on our servers with restricted access, and are used only to keep your NyayaTech events in sync with your Google Calendar.
• We do not store the contents of your other calendar events.

Sharing

• We do not share Google user data with third parties, except as necessary to provide the calendar feature you requested, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with prior notice to you.
• No human at NyayaTech reads your Google user data unless you give explicit consent (for example, for support), it is necessary for security purposes, or it is required by law.

Revoking access and deletion

• You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from View Profile in the NyayaTech app, or from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/connections.
• When you disconnect, we revoke our access with Google and delete the stored tokens. Events already added to your Google Calendar remain in your calendar unless you delete them.
• You can also request deletion of your Google user data by writing to info@nyayatech.in.

NyayaTech's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary:

• For providing services
• To meet legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations
• Users may request data deletion subject to applicable laws and contractual requirements.

You have the right to:

• Access and update your information
• Request correction or deletion of personal data
• Withdraw consent where applicable
