Cancellations and Refunds Policy

1. Nature of Services

NyayaTech provides technology consulting, software development, and customized digital solutions based on specific client requirements. As services are tailored and scoped individually, pricing and deliverables may vary for each engagement.

2. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation of services by submitting a written request through our official communication channels.

• If a cancellation request is received before the commencement of work, it will be reviewed and processed accordingly.
• If a cancellation request is received after the commencement of work, fees already paid may not be refundable, as resources, time, and effort would have already been allocated.

3. Refund Policy

• Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Due to the customized nature of services, refunds may not be applicable once service delivery has commenced.
• If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days, subject to bank and payment gateway processing timelines.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

• Services that have already been delivered or partially delivered
• Delays or issues arising due to a lack of inputs, approvals, or cooperation from the client
• Change of requirements or decision after work initiation

5. Payment Disputes

Any payment-related concerns must be raised within 7 days of the transaction date. We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve concerns before initiating disputes or chargebacks.

6. Policy Changes

NyayaTech reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being published on this page.
